Assisted Living Suites

Starting at $4000, (inclusive of level I care.)

• Each subsequent level incurs an additional $500 charge up to level Ill.

MEMORY-CARE Suites

Starting at $6000

• For the majority of residents, an all-inclusive rate of $6000 will be applicable.

• For residents requiring extensive assistance, a fee of $500 will be added.

All rates are based on a comprehensive individual assessment at the time of occupancy. Re-assessments are to occur bi-annually and upon change of condition.

OTHER FEES

Pet Fee: $1,000. (Assisted-Living Only)

• *Pets are accepted based on assessment for appropriateness and must be cared for by the resident.
   

Apartment-Hold Deposit: $1,000

• *Refundable if the senior adult is unable to move in.
   

Community Fee: $2,500 (non-refundable)

• *One-time fee for assessment.
