Assisted Living

Assisted living facilities are residential communities designed to meet the individual needs of their residents. These facilities provide a wide range of personal care and housing services that vary from facility to facility. Assisted living facilities provide a more personalized approach to senior care than traditional nursing homes or care centers. Residents of assisted living facilities receive assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. Many assisted living communities also offer meals, housekeeping, laundry services, and recreational and social activities in a homelike setting. Residents may also benefit from on-site health services such as physical therapy, massage, podiatry care, dental care, and other specialized treatments tailored to the specific needs of each resident. At The Residency at Ridgewood, we pride ourselves on providing our residents with the best possible care in an atmosphere encouraging dignity and respect throughout their stay with us. Our team of experienced professionals provides personalized attention tailored specifically for each particular need—ensuring that our residents have access to top-notch healthcare services while still enjoying freedom and autonomy in a secure environment designed just for them.

About Our Chateaux Rooms

Our Chateaux room floor plan is the largest floor plan available for our assisted living residents. At 396 square feet, these rooms will include one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchenette. The Chateaux room is perfect for residents who want more space for entertaining, activities, or simply just to have the extra space. These floor plans are perfect for new residents who are accustomed to larger living spaces and not ready to move into a smaller floor plan.

About Our Chalet Rooms

For residents who don’t mind the smaller floor plan, the Chalet room floor plan offers plenty of space with the same accommodations as our Chateaux rooms. With a 318-square-foot room, you will still get one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchenette in a smaller space. The Chalet room is perfect for residents who do not want much room or have limited mobility, whereas a smaller space might be safer.

Which Room Should I Choose?

Choosing the best room for your loved one can be tough, but our team is here to help. Since both rooms have the same amenities, the big decision will be the extra square footage. We suggest considering the amount of space your loved one might need, what extra items they may need in their room, and your budget.
